Brian Garcia, President

With over 20 years of experience with government contracts, Brian Garcia currently serves as President of Ultra Electronics, Criticom. Prior to joining the company, Brian practiced law at Piliero, Mazza in Washington, D.C. where he represented over 100 small business and minority-owned firms specializing in Government Contracts law and commercial litigation. He is also a frequent lecturer for George Mason University’s Procurement Technology Assistance Program (PTAP).
