Dora Benedetti, Operations Support Manager
Dora Benedetti currently serves as Operations Support Manager at Ultra Electronics Criticom, where she is responsible for the management and tracking of operational and financial aspects of production scheduling, inventory management and budget/revenue forecasting. In addition, Dora is responsible for all facility related issues, as well as Health & Safety, and recently completed the successful build-out and update of the building, including a total warehouse update to improve production efficiency. She is the lead interface with off-site, outsourced production and is also responsible for Criticom environmental issues and takes credit for the company’s successful achievement of “Green” status.
Prior to joining Criticom, Dora held a variety of upper management positions in the government and with government contractors where she most recently served as Head of Program Operations at Hughes Aircraft Company in support of a national-level, classified C3I program. She also served as Director of Finance & Administration at the Supercomputing Research Center, a division of the Institute for Defense Analyses, for over seven years in support of a DoD classified program. She also previously served as a Sr. Financial Analyst at the Goddard Space Flight Center/NASA for over eight years and was an appointed member of several Source Evaluation Boards.
