Brian Garcia

President

Brian Garcia currently serves as President of Ultra Electronics Criticom, where he oversees all company functions and departments.

Prior to joining the company, Brian practiced law at Piliero, Mazza in Washington, D.C. where he represented over 100 small business and minority-owned firms specializing in Government Contracts law and commercial litigation. He is also a frequent lecturer for George Mason University’s Procurement Technology Assistance Program (PTAP).

Scott Bitner

Vice-President, Finance

Scott Bitner currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Ultra Electronics Criticom, where he is responsible for accounting and finance activities, including the preparation of the company's annual budget, corporate reporting and management of daily financial activities. 

Prior to joining the company, Scott served as Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Honeywell Technology Solutions Incorporated, and spent fifteen years working with Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL).

David Rubal

Vice-President, Sales and Marketing

David Rubal currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ultra Electronics Criticom, where he is responsible for managing field and inside sales, marketing, business development, sales engineering and channels organizations. An accomplished executive with more than 30 years in telecommunications, information technology and consultative sales, David has led government agencies, Fortune 100 companies and global multinational organizations through business transformation.

Prior to joining the company, David served as the executive leader of Unified Communications, Collaboration and Telepresence sales for Cisco Systems across the U.S. Federal market and was integral to the company's recent acquisition and integration of Tandberg. Spanning 16 years at Cisco, David held other key executive leadership and technical positions as the Senior Manager of U.S. Public Sector Partner Organization, Systems Engineering Manager of U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security Team, Product Manager - Packet Telephony Division and Consulting Systems Engineer - Advanced Technologies. Prior to Cisco, David held notable technology and executive leadership positions with Bell Atlantic, Timeplex, FiberCom, and Fiberlink Communications. David gained Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification in 1995 and (ISC)² Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification in 2006.

An acclaimed thought leader and next generation communications expert in the global Internet community, David is an executive member of the IPv6 Forum, Internet Society, ACT-IAC, AFCEA International, International Cyber Threat Task Force and founder of Southeast IPv6 Task Force.

Charles Crawford

Vice-President, Operations

Charles Crawford currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Ultra Electronics Criticom, where he is responsible for leading the company’s engineering, R&D, manufacturing, implementation, field services, and ISEC product management.  Charles is recognized as a thought leader in the video communications field.

Prior to joining the company, Charles was located in Denver, CO as the Senior Director of Product Management for Qwest Digital Media and formerly the Director of Product Management at Expanets, where he was responsible for the telephony market team, launching new products for the wireless and VoIP markets.  Charles is also known for his earlier work with Compression Labs, Inc. (CLI) and VTEL, where he contributed to the military standards committee developing DoD video codec standards and served as an industry representative for federal video standards and interoperability.

Randall Bruley

Associate Vice-President, Systems Engineering and Professional Services

Randall Bruley currently serves as Associate Vice-President of Systems Engineering and Professional Services at Ultra Electronics Criticom, where he is responsible for sales support and professional services strategy.

Prior to joining the company, Randall was President and CEO of Radvision Government Services where he oversaw the government engineering and services company. He also serves as a member on the Board of Directors with Synthesizer, Inc. He has held various other positions with communication companies ranging from Avaya as Professional Services Sales Executive Manager and Solutions Architect to VTEL as Federal Engineering Manager.

Dora Benedetti

Director, Contracts and Facility Security Officer (FSO)

Dora Benedetti currently serves as the Director of Contracts and Facility Security at Ultra Electronics Criticom.  In this role, Dora is responsible for the management and administration of all aspects of contracts as well as facility security and personnel clearances.  In addition, Dora is responsible for all facility related issues including building maintenance, Health & Safety, Environmental issues and Employee Wellness Programs.  As a member of the Management Leadership Team (MLT), Ms. Benedetti analyzes current processes and establishes updated standards and procedures in support of revenue and business growth objectives.  Prior to this role, Dora was the Operations Support Manager responsible for managing and tracking operational and financial aspects of production scheduling, inventory management and budget/revenue forecasting.

Prior to joining the company, spanning over 20 years, Dora held a variety of upper management positions in the government and with government contractors including Head of Program Operations at Hughes Aircraft Company in support of a national-level, C3I program,  Director of Finance & Administration at the Supercomputing Research Center, a division of the Institute for Defense Analyses, in support of a DoD program and Supervisory Resource Analyst, Head Projects Branch at Goddard Space Flight Center/NASA.  While at NASA, Ms. Benedetti served as an appointed member of several Source Evaluation Boards for multi-million dollar support service contracts and was also a member of several Performance Evaluation Boards responsible for reviewing and analyzing contractor performance for fee based services.

Ms. Benedetti holds a Maryland Real Estate Broker's license and is a Notary Public in the State of Maryland.  She is also a current member of NCMS - the Society of Industrial Security Professionals.
